Royal Haskoning has won the tender for providing Permitting and Design services for the project of high-voltage inlets facility and obtaining Permit to Construct. Site area 0,9 Ha, build-up area is about 4000 m2.

Within 1-st phase of the project RH collected Initial Permitting Documentation (IPD), acquired all appropriate permits from authorities and approvals required for design works to be started. Design of the new buildings and reconstruction of the old ones was developed in a tight cooperation with the Client in order to match perfectly process solutions provided by ABB.

RH elaborated design solutions in the scope as for Stage P in accordance with the 87 statement of the RF Government.

During the design approval process and obtaining Permit to Construct RH also provided to ABB support during the tender for General Contractor. RH provided the bill of quantities(BoQ) and made a review of the BoQ’s presented by the bidders.
