Tender Design in close cooperation with the Clients representatives in Russia and the engineering department in the UK.

A Pre-Qualification Procedure resulted in a shortlist of five General
Contractors who were requested to bid on the Tender Design. A detailed Technical and Commercial Evaluation of the bids resulted in a FIDIC based contract for Construction Works.
