Royal Haskoning carried out a market research in order to develop an attractive business park that responds to the market demand.

The land plot with a total area of 12.5 ha has oblong shape of the terrain and required an unconventional lay out.  

Royal Haskoning’s design institute VHP developed several concepts of the Business park Layout. Based on one variant of the concepts jointly selected with the Client Royal Haskoning specialists worked out a master plan of offices and high-quality public zone with total area of approximately 200,000 sq.m., linked in a common “enjoy work” program. Special interest is paid to parking and infrastructural issues, because these are the main bottlenecks of the location.
