The goal was placement of the new designed buildings of workshop and chemical storage on the territory of the existing base and also the reconstruction of the on-site roads.

The design specifics were tough soil conditions and technical restrictions to placement of the designed buildings on the existing base with area of 4.3 hectares.

Within the Concept design the various variants of the of the architectural solutions, schemes of location of the new building on the Master plan, of infrastructural supply were analyzed and designed, also the value-engineering analyzes per the each of the Concept variants had been made, which allowed to the Client to select the optimum of the presented Concept variants for the further development.
