Initial construction and financial audits for a new marine terminal and soybean processing plant in Kaliningrad Port. The audits covered amongst others the licensing and permits, construction contracts, construction methodology, programme and costs.

These initial audits are followed by quarterly visits to the site to audit and monitor technical issues, construction progress against the programme and costs against the budget.
