Oteko group is currently developing a new 30 million tonnes/year capacity dry bulk terminal for the export of coal, iron ore and sulphur at a greenfield site on the Black Sea.

LLC Haskoning is providing the following services to the general designer:

• Review and up-date of the concept design;
• Preparation of project design documentation for the marine terminal, dry bulk handling technology and storage;
• Tender specifications for procurement of dry bulk handling equipment;
• Assistance to client with approvals/State Expertise;
• Preparation of working documentation.
