The client decided to change the original design for the fenders and mooring hooks prepared by the General Designer, a local consultant.

The work involved the preparation of revised detailed designs and Working Documentation for the fenders for both the oil and LPG berths and the quick-release mooring hooks for the oil berths.  Appropriate documentation was prepared for agreement by the original General Designer and submission to State Expertise.
