• Control over conformity of the construction and installation works, structures, components, materials and equipment delivered with design solutions, requirements of construction norms and regulations, standards, technical solutions and other normative documentation;
• Checking if the documents confirming the quality of the used structures, components and materials (technical passports, certificates, laboratory test results and others) are available
• Certification of the works and structural elements that were performed but will be hidden when other works are started as well as prohibition to continue works execution before acts for hidden works are not properly registered.
• Intermediate acceptance of main elements of buildings and structures – supports and bridge frameworks, tanks, bearing steel and reinforce concrete structures and etc.
• Control over conformity of scope and quality of the construction works done with design and cost estimate documentation.
• Control over availability and proper formalization of technical documentation and making alterations in it due to defects and drawbacks found during construction works performance.
• Control over construction companies that shall follow orders and instructions of author supervision and of state construction authorities.
• Participation in inspection campaigns organized by state supervision authorities and construction control authorities as well as corresponding inspections and commissions.
• Notification of state construction authorities on all emergency condition cases at the construction objects and scope of works on accidents elimination.
• The supervision over safety, health and environment during construction works is performed based on requirements of Russian norms and legislations.

Requirments:

• University degree (civil engineer; structural engineer etc).
• Work experience over 4-7 years (work experience at construction sites of industrial objects is a must).
• Profound knowledge of SNiPs and GOSTs and also of another construction requirements and norms, good knowledge of permitting procedures on site.
